The Project started on 1 July 2012 and entered beta testing 2 July 2013. Truth Coffee‘s cafe on 36 Buitenkant Street, Cape Town, South Africa has a very interesting and unusual interior design. It has steel railings, copper pipes and other steampunk elements all over the place.
Not all coffees are created equal. The streets are overflowing with watery brew. Truth Coffee are artisan coffee roasters. At Truth, the bitter horror of the over-roasted bean is avoided, the coarse grind is banished and poor preparation is shunned. Say no to mediocrity. They select the best green coffees and roast each one individually on a vintage probat with modern electronics. Then blend for each purpose. Experience coffee as a religion, because Truth Coffee is a coffee cult.
