His love for traveling and being outdoors has taken him to some stunning places around the world and given him great opportunities to take photographs. He can sit in a spot for hours watching the light change, waiting and hoping for that rare moment which illuminates the scene in a unique way.
"As humans we have the urge to design everything. Once something becomes forgotten and nature starts claiming it back, a very interesting mix of human design and decay happens." He is fascinated by this mix of intricate shapes, unique patterns and colors.
Photography combines two of his passions; being outdoors and CG. Photography is also the perfect creative balance to animation for him. Animation forces him to study movement in great detail, where as photography focuses on a split second in time.
