SEAL BEACH CA - FEB. 15, 2010: A surfer wipes out at the Seal Beach Pier. A high surf advisory is in effect until 6 PM PST Monday. Surf will range from 4 to 7 feet along exposed west northwest
facing shores. Highest surf will occur in the Santa Monica South Bay. Surf will gradually subside Monday afternoon. High tide... around 5 feet is expected mid Monday morning and low
tide... minus one half foot in the late afternoon.
Strong rip currents in the vicinity of the high surf will make ocean activities hazardous even for the most experienced swimmers.
